Hotel Cherry Garden_Tbilisi

The location was the worst part of an already awful stay, and I would never recommend this hotel, not even to my enemies. I had planned to stay four nights, but left unwilling to spend even one more. At 11:30 am, Lisa came to my mother's room demanding we leave or pay for another night, although checkout was at 12 pm. Her attitude changed completely after we paid for the rooms. She rushed us toward them as if we were children. When we asked for extra blankets, she shouted, "It's July! Why would you need blankets?" She followed us around yelling, "This isn't your home! Go to your rooms and sleep!" When I said our door wasn't closing properly, she snapped, "You don't have the strength to push it?" Then she rudely told us, "Go stay at a 5-star hotel." I got angry and asked respectfully what I had done to upset her, adding that I would leave if she didn't want us there. She ignored me and replied, "I'm respectful too." Before we booked, Lisa had practically begged us to stay, nearly in tears as she talked up how cheap and great the place was. She even persuaded me to book three rooms instead of two. My sister urgently needed the toilet, but Lisa rudely shut the door in her face and said it was for employees only. She insisted we had to book and pay first before my sister could use the restroom. As we were about to leave, Lisa aggressively tried to make sure we stayed. This was the worst experience ever.
