The warm, comfortable bed was a plus, and breakfast was included. There's parking in front of the hotel, which is close to the cathedral. But the water supply was out on the day we stayed. Staff said the government had shut it off, so we couldn't shower until the next day. The toilet was a good size.

We could see the cathedral from our room window, and the small hotel is close to the centre. They cleaned every other day. The main issue was breakfast, which didn't start until 9 am. That feels absurdly late to me, since guided tours often begin earlier and then breakfast isn't usable.

Some rooms look onto a quiet inner courtyard with pleasant garden furniture, a nice spot for coffee and a rest. The hotel feels like staying at your parents' cottage, with friendly staff and daily cleaning. Breakfast is included, simple but fine, and served with care. The downside is poor soundproofing, so you can hear the neighbors, especially when someone arrives late at night, though it only becomes a problem if they're noisy. I enjoyed my stay.

The staff were extremely friendly when we stayed in 2016, and they offered us wine on the house. My favorite thing was sitting in the garden beneath the pomegranate tree, drinking wine, eating delicious Georgian hachapuri, and thinking about life. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were very friendly during my short stay, and I loved it. There were a few small issues with the room, but the price was low enough that I could overlook them.
