The hotel is right in the center of the old town, within walking distance of sights, restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Its terrace has one of the best views in town, and the food there is excellent in both quality and taste. The terrace is the best in old Tbilisi, and the Georgian hospitality is wonderful. A must try!

Sally’s hospitality made our stay memorable. The hotel felt like a warm, welcoming home and a refreshing break from city life. It’s in the heart of the old Tbilisi community, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities nearby on foot. There’s also a great halal Georgian restaurant right across from the hotel. I’d highly recommend it if you want to explore on foot and get a break from modern city life.

I booked through Agoda but couldn’t check in. The staff told me to pay at the hotel and ask Agoda for a refund afterward. Anyone thinking of staying here should consider it carefully.

The room was very clean, and the shower had warm water, plus VERY hot water. There was a cigarette smell in the room, but spraying perfume cleared it easily, and it didn’t linger for me. The staff were very friendly, the food selection was great, and I actually liked the classic grand piano in the restaurant. The balcony had a nice view, and the hotel is in a pleasant, fairly civilized area near plenty of interesting places, including the hot air balloon and aerial lifts. Stores for everyday needs were close by, too. Honestly, I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it.

The owner was amazing, and the employees were sweet and extremely polite. We really enjoyed the service. Our room was clean, breakfast was great, and the hotel was fantastic value for money.
