Hotel Well Inn

The owners were so kind and genuinely wanted us to have a pleasant stay. We had booked two nights at Hotel Well Inn, then extended twice because the experience was so good. The rooms felt brand new, were impeccably clean, and had comfortable beds. They offer delicious wine and cheese platters, which I highly recommend ordering. We also had laundry done there; it was reasonably priced and came out great. For a reasonably priced hotel, nothing is spared, and you’ll have everything you need to fall in love with Tbilisi. It’s special to find a hotel with people who care this much about their guests. This is the only hotel I’ll stay at when I visit again. I can’t say enough good things about it. The location in the heart of Vera made it easy to find restaurants and cafes, and the area had an international feel. The room was the only one I stayed in during my 10 days in Georgia with a firm, comfortable bed, and it had modern amenities. I got a proper night's sleep here. I had a stressful problem on arrival: I'd left my passport in Kutaisi two nights earlier, along with my wallet. Both women at the desk were named Sally, and they coordinated getting my things to Tbilisi before my flight the next morning. They were incredibly thoughtful and kind. This was the best accommodation of my trip, and I highly recommend it if you want to feel safe and get service beyond expectations. Really, this is the only hotel I'd recommend in Tbilisi.

We were welcomed at the entrance by a lovely staff member who helped us with our things. The rooms were tidy, clean, and comfortable, and the neighborhood was peaceful. There's a great cafe next door, and hotel guests get a discount there. Shops, pharmacies, bars, and restaurants are all close by, and the location makes getting to the center convenient. I felt like part of the family here, and the service was amazing. The hotel is in a great spot, with cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and pharmacies nearby. It's 200 meters from the main street. Thanks for the hospitality.
