I stayed for a week because it was cheap, but I wouldn't recommend it. The place was dirty, the bathroom wasn't well maintained, and the walls were so thin I could constantly hear the neighbors. The owners' dogs kept barking, and one even bit my leg, so beware. My host, Nato, seemed friendly at first, but things ended badly. After checkout I was blamed for problems without any evidence, leaving me with a very negative impression. There are much better choices, so don't spoil your holiday with cheap accommodation.

The location puts you right in the city center, within walking distance of one of Tbilisi's most beautiful areas. The hosts were the best, and the hotel was amazing. Thank you for everything. I truly recommend staying here!

Nato puts a lot of effort into making your stay pleasant, and she's an amazing host. That's why we came back for a second time. The place isn't new, but that's part of its vintage character. The location is great too.

A nice place if you're looking to cut 3 KM off the way from Adishi to Iprali. The owner, Larisa, is very nice as well.
