It was easy to arrange the booking with the owner over WhatsApp, and the clear directions made checking in and out on our own simple. The hotel was clean and looked after well. We could walk to Old Tbilisi’s main sights in about 5 minutes, yet the area stayed peaceful. A comfortable, convenient stay.

We had a lovely view and a warm welcome from the kind family running the place. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean, with plenty of space. Restaurants, cafes, sights, and the city center are all nearby, and communication was good.

The balcony had a lovely view, and I slept well in a comfortable room with good WiFi. They brought me a vegan breakfast each morning, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly, and getting an early-morning airport pickup was great. It’s also close to the baths and some nice restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay.

This little family-run guesthouse in the Old city feels like a home away from home, thanks to its wonderful hosts. We’ve stayed here several times and are sure to come back. I’m so glad we found it!

The host took such good care of us, staying attentive without being intrusive. The place has a cozy, distinctive feel, and it’s easy to get around the city from here. Rooms are simple and clean, with a comfortable mattress and a good bed for two. The home-cooked food was okay. Sound carries through the rooms, though.
