The host was friendly, and the rates are cheap, so I'd recommend it to people looking for an affordable place. The location is very good, though not perfect. Rooms are spacious and come in different themes. Just so you know, the jacuzzi is in the industrial-themed room. The rooms were clean.

I liked the decor and the style, and even though the room was kind of small, it was nice. But the older woman at the front desk refused to give us the AC remote. We couldn't turn it on without it, and it was so hot we couldn't sleep.

The stairs are quite narrow, so getting a huge bag up to the hotel and into the room could be difficult. We arrived around 8:00 in the morning after a very long flight, well before the usual 14:00 check-in, and the staff let us move into our room without a problem. Service was excellent. The room was clean and lovely, with a canopy bed and curtains that made me feel like I was in a castle. There was an electric kettle and a small fridge. The bathroom looked great, though it had a few minor issues. You can also watch Netflix, if you have an account, or YouTube on the room TV.

The bed was comfortable enough, and the sheets and towels were clean. The bath and shower were nice too. Beyond that, though, this was a really bad stay. The room was tiny, there was no water or kettle, and the air conditioner barely worked. On a hot day it felt like an oven. There was a huge TV, but nobody seemed to know how to use it. I wanted to watch the Wimbledon final and asked the manager for help half an hour before it started. She called several people, then a man came and stood around pressing buttons. They finally got it working two hours later, after the third set was over. They also said the match wasn't on Georgian television, which wasn't true, so I ended up taking a taxi to a bar to catch the last set. The people working there seemed grumpy and unhappy. There was no coffee, no drinking water, and no cafes or restaurants nearby. I'd avoid this place.
