The rooms were clean and warm, and the beds were comfy. A big thank you to suzi at reception, she was so helpful. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast.

The location was the one good thing here. Our room was extremely small, and the pillowcases were dirty. The air conditioning broke twice, and the safe didn’t work until we’d reminded them four times. They only leave water in the room on the first day, then you have to pay for it. There was no phone to reach reception, no tissues, and no instant coffee. This was easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, and I really don’t recommend it.

The staff were mean and didn’t care when I had a problem. Breakfast was terrible, and every night I stayed, the air conditioner stopped working for about an hour. Somehow, some of the cleaners also stole from tourists.
