Unfound Door - Design Hotel

The staff were wonderful, helpful, and accommodating, and often anticipated what we'd need. When we had a question, it was sorted out in minutes. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The hotel itself was clean and beautifully decorated, with care taken to preserve the building's history while keeping it cozy. I loved the handwritten welcome letter they left for us. Breakfast was generous and really tasty, though it could take a while to arrive, which is inconvenient if you've got plans.

The neighborhood has a lively feel, with lots of restaurants and a student crowd, and it’s a lovely street for a walk. The hotel isn’t in central Tbilisi, but a taxi to the center is quick and inexpensive. We especially enjoyed breakfast downstairs, where the à la carte menu had plenty of tasty choices. The design is stunning, and the bed and pillows made for really restful nights after exploring the city. Unfound Door Hotel was a great fit for a comfortable stay in a lively area.

The staff were friendly, spoke excellent English, and were always ready to help. Breakfast was generous and delicious, and we also had a great dinner there one evening. The hotel has a distinctive atmosphere, and I’d suggest booking at least one night if you’re staying in Tbilisi.

We spent four nights at Unfound Door Hotel, and the service was the best we experienced anywhere in Georgia. Everyone was polite, caring, and spoke excellent English. When our room was accidentally missed during cleaning, they apologized and offered a free dinner. We already had plans, so they arranged a complimentary massage instead, and it was the best one we’ve ever had. They even packed delicious sandwiches for our 2 a.m. flight. The room was bright, with lovely natural light and a beautiful green view over the city. Breakfast was outstanding, easily the best we had during our two weeks in Georgia. The rooms and service made this an experience that exceeded what we expected.
