We were disappointed, especially since the photos and location had looked so promising. After arriving late in the evening, we struggled to find the entrance because the place had no sign. Nobody was there when we got in, and a neighbour told us the owner wasn't coming that night. She suggested we use an empty room, but the rooms weren't clean and the sheets weren't fresh, so that wasn't a workable option for us.

We didn't end up staying, and the conditions looked terrible. The owner was rude and shut the door in our faces. He'd cancelled our Booking reservation without telling us, leaving eight people without somewhere to sleep that night. The owner came across as arrogant and selfish.

We're glad we didn't stay. The hostel is in an area that felt dirty and unsafe. Our reserved rooms had been sold without warning, and the owner was irresponsible. He said there was a rule that the reservation was cancelled at midnight, though no such rule had been stated and we arrived just 30 minutes after the listed check-in time. He slammed the door in our faces and only opened it when Mom yelled at him, lol.
