White Curves

We booked two suites mainly for the jacuzzis, so finding both out of order was a huge letdown. The water was cold, yellow and dirty, with lots of insects floating in it, some still alive. There was also a stagnant-looking pond nearby that seemed to have been there for days. We messaged the staff on WhatsApp and were told the jacuzzis had been out of service for several days because of bad weather and a power shortage. No one apologized or warned us ahead of time. A simple message before arrival could have prevented this disappointment. We understand it was low season, but it felt as if they didn't care about guests. The area around the suites didn't look like the photos. It was bordered by abandoned buildings, with an unmaintained path. One suite door was nearly broken and wouldn't close or lock properly at night, which made the whole stay feel unsafe instead of relaxing. The other language versions of my review say the same thing: this was extremely disappointing. The water was cold and dirty, the door was broken, and staff answered online without apologizing, just making excuses. The location felt remote and neglected, and I wouldn't recommend it. There are much better options in Santorini.
