The room was clean, with very comfortable beds and AC that worked well. The staff were so kind and helpful with everything, especially Natalia from the buffet. I really liked the hotel's decoration, and I'll definitely recommend it to friends.

The breakfast was great, and the hotel felt very cozy. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful, so my stay was almost perfect. Two small issues kept it below five stars for me, though I think they could be fixed: getting to the parking area means going through a narrow passage and up a steep, unpadded slope, and the bathroom's floor-level shower has a loose curtain that lets water flood the bathroom after every shower.

Halepa Hotel has a warm, peaceful feel and a kind of classic elegance. We found the rooms comfortable and the staff friendly. It all felt like stepping into a story, and made for a lovely stay.

Such a lovely, elegant place, and clean too. The Paloma Cocktails are the best in Chania. I had a relaxing stay and would come back. Thanks!

Traveling with a group as an American, I thought this hotel worked well for us. The rooms were well apportioned and clean, the staff spoke English, and there was a lobby bar. Breakfast in the morning was good too. Seems like a solid choice for any traveler.
