Our family of four fit comfortably, and we loved having a kitchen, laundry, dining table, and two bathrooms. The place was cozy and very clean, right down to the fresh-smelling linens. The view over the water was unparalleled. Pasifai Residence is tucked into the beautiful Chania old town, among its homes, markets, quaint shops, ice cream spots, and delicious restaurants. Nearly every day we saw a tourist stop to photograph the little street. The owner was very helpful and reachable on WhatsApp. He helped with our luggage, gave us wonderful restaurant suggestions, sorted out an issue with the safety box, and even mailed items we’d accidentally left behind overseas. Staying in the old town made our time in Crete; we wouldn’t have had the same experience in a large hotel outside it. We highly recommend it.

Dinos, the owner, was friendly and gave us lots of helpful tips about the city. The apartment was spotless, and the mattress was just right. It’s in the middle of Chania's old town, with a priceless view of the lighthouse and Venetian port. We’d happily stay again.
