Panos, the seasonal manager, was a huge help throughout our stay. He even drove us to the ferry, which he didn’t have to do. The apartment had a rustic, authentic feel, though there was no AC. The fans kept sleeping comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was impressively strong. The location is quiet and away from the noise of Fera. With an ATV, the island’s spots are all within an hour, and reception can help you get one for a reasonable price. Inexpensive and unique, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel’s location makes it a good base for seeing Santorini’s more authentic side. It’s near the beach and not far from the main town’s restaurants and bars, while avoiding the crowds and the hassle of driving and parking in busy Fira. Our room was spacious enough and very clean, though some rooms have a lot of stairs because the hotel is in a medieval castle. A fabulous choice if you want to explore without feeling exhausted or disappointed by the ultra-expensive options.

We only stayed one night, but the apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the price was very good. What really made the difference was the service. I lost my phone at the accommodation, and they spent hours looking for it. They eventually found it on the street, kept in touch with me the whole time, and gave up their free time to help. Then they mailed it to me for free, even though I offered to pay. I’m so grateful. The place and the people were the best I’ve known. If you want a good place to stay without spending much, this is a great choice. Thank you so much!

I stayed in September 2017 and had a great time. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very nice. I especially liked having to get lost each time to find my room, it was really cool.
