The people in the area were amazing, super nice, and friendly, and that’s why I’m giving it five stars. The nights were a different story: the house got really cold, with wind coming in underneath and through gaps in the doors. Our heaters went down on day two of our eight-day stay and were never fixed. We were told the electricians were backed up while getting ready for tourist season. 😔 We had some chilly nights, but made the best of them with OUZO.

Only two rooms had AC. The rooms were really cold, there was no microwave, and about half the things didn’t work properly.

We got a warm welcome when we arrived with six adults, a baby, and a toddler. Then we found mold on the bathroom walls. We were told it was just the house paint and that we hadn’t ventilated properly. After a night without using the bathrooms, it was clear to us that mold takes a long time to grow. The landlords, who seemed to be a company managing several properties, wouldn’t move us elsewhere or agree to an early departure as a compromise. We couldn’t use two rooms. Very disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
