Deluxe Suites Santorini

Cindy at reception turned what could have been a stressful last night into a huge relief. I thought I’d lost my smart glasses at the beach, so she contacted the beach club and even came to our room with photos to help identify them. She suggested checking behind the ATV, and that’s where they were. Throughout our stay, she was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. She also arranged transport and reservations for our proposal night, taking care of every detail with real care. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially liked the peaceful, beautifully kept pool area, and the fresh, clean scent throughout the hotel made it welcoming every time we returned. The property felt cared for, and the whole stay was relaxing. We’re leaving Santorini with amazing memories, thanks in large part to people like Cindy. Thank you, Cindy and Deluxe Hotel, for making our trip so special.

Cindy at reception was very nice and helpful, and the staff overall were exceptional. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the center of Santorini. The rooms look recently renovated, with a clean, modern feel. A few things could be better. Storage is so limited that you end up living out of your suitcase, which isn’t ideal for a multi-day stay. Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out, and the TV is tiny, almost postage-stamp sized. If it’s going to be that small, they might as well leave it out. A kettle, some coffee or tea, and complimentary bottled water would have been welcome. We didn’t try breakfast, so can’t comment on it. The pool is a nice feature, but there’s very little shade, making it uncomfortable to linger during the peak afternoon heat. The hotel has potential and a great location, but a few thoughtful finishing touches would improve the stay.

It’s quiet and relaxing here, with a well-designed pool that has a mini-roof. Rooms are spacious and well cleaned, breakfast is OK, and the service is very good. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great too, about a 5-minute walk from Fira bus station, where it’s easy to catch buses to the airport, Oia, and nearby towns.

The pool was great, and the front desk staff knew their stuff and helped us with restaurant and sightseeing tips, as well as booking an excursion. The hotel is in a quiet area away from the bustle, but everything is within walking distance. They arranged our taxi from the port and another to the airport when we left. Clean and comfortable, and we’d stay again.
