Getting into the heart of Fira took only a couple of minutes on foot from the hotel gate, which opens onto a pedestrian road. Even with that convenient location, the Villa felt very private, and everyone at the hotel was attentive while respecting our space. We spent about six nights there and had a wonderful stay. The spacious balcony looked over the caldera and the whitewashed buildings to the side. There was room to practice our wedding dance, and the pool and balcony were swept and skimmed every day. From both the bedroom and dining area, we could enjoy those amazing caldera views. Our room was roomy, clean, and comfortable. We could order breakfast each day and choose when it was served. I especially liked the fresh fruit. Lola in the office was always reachable on What’sApp, and when we checked out she gave us a traditional local craft as a wedding gift. If I return to Santorini, I’d love to stay in the Villa at Fira Deep Blue Suites again.

The place was so peaceful at the top of Pira Village that all we could hear were seagulls. Both sunrise and sunset looked beautiful from our suite. Breakfast was good, and having a jacuzzi indoors as well as outdoors made it feel like a real escape.

Afrim went out of his way for us, carrying our luggage to and from the resort, suggesting great places to eat, and making sure we caught our flights on time. The owner Lola was easy to reach whenever we needed anything. I especially appreciated the privacy here as a Muslim, since lots of Santorini suites don’t offer much. The indoor jacuzzi/pool was amazing, and the place itself was stunning.

I loved it here, from the beautiful lights around the pool and deck at night to the walk into Fira that felt like a scene in a movie. The pool stayed at a perfect body temperature, never too hot or cold, and the sunset view over the volcano was perfect. Service and breakfast were amazing. I did find the bed a little uncomfortable, though. I’ll be dreaming about this hotel until I can come back.

We spent Easter here for our honeymoon, and it was amazing. The views were breathtaking 😍, the staff were so lovely, and everything was clean, well kept, and easy to get to. Highly recommend 👌
