Villa Ilios

Irene’s hospitality made this a wonderful stay and a great value. The property and rooms are spotless and well maintained, even though this isn’t a fancy hotel. There aren’t views from here, which is reflected in the price, but you can get to views with a short walk. We loved staying here and would return without hesitation. Highly recommend.

Irene helped us plan our two days in Santorini with useful tips, and her warm welcome made the stay memorable. The hotel was immaculate, and the pool was a lovely place for a refreshing dip at any time of day. Its Fira location is very convenient, just a five-minute walk from the main bus station, so exploring town was easy. Great service, location, and amenities. I was very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

We were so reluctant to leave and would come back in a heartbeat. Irene made us feel welcome, took time to share lots of tips on places to visit and eat, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Hotel Ilios is incredibly clean and peaceful, about a 10-minute walk from central Fira, with its shops, restaurants, and bars. Kittens playing by the pool made it feel like heaven. Thank you so much, Irene!

We’d love to return after such a lovely family stay. The rooms were cozy and clean, with balconies, and the owner was very kind and caring with guests. What made me especially happy was how sweet she was with the cats. There were lots of kittens, and she always made sure they had food, water, toys, comfortable beds, and a litter box. She also let them come inside reception whenever they wanted. I think this is a great hotel for a family or romantic trip.
