Athena, the manager, was terrific and so helpful, and the rest of the staff were just as good. They made breakfast whenever we wanted it, kept the Grand Villa spotless and well supplied, and carried our luggage to and from the airport pickup point. The villa was beautiful and spacious, a true five-star stay across our six nights at Thera Villas. We don't have a single negative and highly recommend it. If you don't feel like tackling the climb into Fira town, Aris Restaurant is right next door, and both the food and staff are great.

With three teenagers, we stayed in the largest villa, which has three master suites spread across three levels. The kids loved it. Breakfast was cooked to order on site and was delicious. I had my morning coffee looking out over the Caldera as cruise ships came in, then we watched the sunset from the hot tub. The views were perfect, and Athena was a perfect host. This place is amazing. Anyone who finds fault with it must be the sort of person who's never happy. I highly recommend Thera Villas.

The villa had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Our hosts were so kind and welcoming, and even helped with our luggage, which we really appreciated with all those steps to the villa. My husband and I loved our anniversary stay at Thera Villas. The views over the Aegean Sea and caldera were breathtaking, with the most epic sunsets we've ever seen. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we'd highly recommend it for a memorable, romantic getaway in Santorini.

Athena was easy to reach, and the apartment service was top notch. Every morning we chose breakfast from the menu, and it was brought to us. The apartment had everything we needed, including a spacious living room and a bedroom window looking out over the volcano and the cruise ships moored there. Best of all was the terrace with a heated jacuzzi and warm, relaxing water. We came mainly to relax, and did that 100%. Beautiful caldera views. Thank you so much.

Althena made our stay especially memorable. She welcomed us warmly, took care of everything we needed, and made the place feel like home. We also loved the penthouse’s comfort and the sunset views from our room. Thera Villas is perfectly placed for nearby dining and shopping, and the service was excellent throughout.
