Marvel Deluxe Rooms

I booked at the last minute and had good communication with the staff beforehand about getting a double bed. They surprised me with an upgrade when I arrived, and it ended up being one of the best rooms of my three-month trip. It had two levels, with the bed upstairs and a clean bathroom, workspace, sofa, and small terrace downstairs. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. The hotel was a great fit for resting somewhere quiet and comfortable. It sits between Heraklion city center and the airport, about a 30-minute walk from the airport, and two bus stops right beside it go directly to the center. The woman at reception was very kind, and the staff member on duty when I checked out in the middle of the night was friendly and welcoming too. Thank you!

For our one-night stay, it worked perfectly. The hotel is right by the airport, so planes pass overhead and the noise gets loud at times, but our family still slept very well. Breakfast was modest, nothing fancy, though there was enough to fill us up. It was a good place for us, with the location in mind.

We stayed one night before an early ferry. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the staff were great and polite. There are a few cafes and restaurants nearby, and the price was great for such nice rooms. My secret find was the terrace upstairs: amazing views across the whole city, and very quiet. I even used it as a co-working space for a day.

The planes are LOUD, as other people have mentioned. Still, this is really handy for a late arrival or an early departure, with the airport just a short taxi ride away. The front desk is staffed around the clock and everyone was friendly and attentive. Our room was clean, with good bed options for a family, and the sunny breakfast room has a view.
