Hotel Anassa

The team made our wedding week feel so special. We were a large group with different requests, but they helped accommodate everyone and arranged rides whenever we needed them. They also gave us directions and ideas for things to do. On our wedding day they surprised the bridal party with complimentary margaritas and snacks, and after the wedding they had cleaned and decorated our honeymoon suite with complimentary champagne. We really felt like family, and all their care made the week memorable. We stayed at Anassa Suites for a week in Santorini with my husband and family friends. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms very clean, and everyone was happy with their rooms and the amenities. The pool was a lovely spot in the afternoons, and having bar service there was a nice touch. Breakfast each day was fresh, tasty, and had plenty to choose from. It’s in a quiet area but still close to shops and restaurants, which worked perfectly for us. We loved our stay and plan to come back to Anassa for our anniversary. Thank you to everyone at Anassa Hotel for making the week so special.

Just a five-minute walk from the beach, this hotel was a great base for our Santorini holiday. Our room was stylish and comfortable, and the grounds were kept clean and tidy. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Breakfast was tasty with a good range of choices. I’d happily recommend it.

The breakfast was the highlight, fresh, varied, and really delicious. The location was also great, two minutes from the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby, and the bartender made some lovely drinks. But I booked the pricier room because the confirmation email specifically promised a “bathtub with hydro massage.” There was no tub when I arrived. Staff said not every suite has one, which didn't match the website description. They offered an upgrade for an extra charge, but even that room had no hydro massage tub. For $150 a night, the room felt shockingly basic and nowhere near the comfort or luxury I expected. I left feeling overcharged and disappointed.
