We loved the peaceful pool area, and breakfast was simple, fresh, and tasty. At Joanna Villas the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The owner was always smiling, incredibly kind, and ready to help with anything we needed. It’s a short walk to the beach and restaurants, but still quiet enough to relax. A lovely, welcoming place that made our Santorini holiday even more special. We’ll definitely come back!

The garden felt like a peaceful oasis, and the terrace outside our spotless, luxurious room looked over the mountain and pool. The rooms and hotel were very comfortable. We also appreciated the pool towels, water toys, and free coffee. Breakfast had plenty of fresh options and was very good. Maria and Vagelis made us feel so welcome, spoiled us with delicious food, and helped with taxi arrangements, restaurant suggestions, and places to visit. Vagelis took our two children on a beautiful hike to see the mountain sunset, which became one of their best holiday experiences. Thanks so much, Maria and Vagelis, for a perfect stay at your beautiful hotel. If we return to Santorini, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Our three-year-old loved the little play area full of cars, and there’s also a separate pool area for small children. The pool itself is a good size, with a lovely mountain view that makes it feel secluded. If you’re travelling with young kids, Joanna Villas is definitely a great choice. The location is ideal, close to the beach and best restaurants. The hotel and all its areas are beautiful, clean, and well cared for. Our spacious room was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner personally looks after each guest and helps with anything. We had an amazing week in June and are absolutely coming back!

Vaggelis and his lovely family made my seven-year-old son feel so welcome, which made the stay a joy for both of us. He was incredibly helpful, even with my constant requests for recommendations. The hospitality really stood out, and I’d highly recommend the place. The hotel is peaceful and well located for everything Kamari has to offer. We especially loved the mountain views as the sun started to set. The buildings, stonework, and flowers made a beautiful first impression. Our huge room was nicely styled, with thoughtful details like the lighting and wood panelling, plus a good fridge, hair dryer, and iron. A full-length mirror would be a welcome addition. Breakfast was lovely. It was absolutely perfect.
