The garden made breakfast feel special, with herbs all around and such a lovely atmosphere. In the evening, the scent of the flowers and herbs was something else. Our room was beautiful, carefully styled, and looked out over the bay. The port is close by too. Next time we're in Amorgos, we'll stay at SOIL again. Thanks for a great visit!

We ended up having breakfast at the hotel every morning because both the food and the welcome were so good. The family running the place are genuinely kind and helpful, and made our stay feel special. The rooms are top notch and the location is just right. We loved being here.

Restaurants, a pharmacy, and pretty much anything else we needed were only a short walk away. The hosts made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well equipped, with clean towels and linens each day; there was laundry service too. Breakfast was generous and excellent. We had a wonderful week here.

We left completely happy with our stay, and can't think of a drawback. Soil apartments sits on a quiet little street by Katapola port, close to plenty of restaurants and bars. The room had a chic, modern look that still suited the island, and had all the comforts we needed. It was impeccably clean. Breakfast was included, with lots of traditional Greek flavors. Most of all, our hosts' kindness, smiles, and island tips made the hospitality feel authentic. Thanks for such a unique holiday.

Panagiotis was so friendly and helpful, and the quality of this place will stay with me. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfasts delicious, and the location just right for a relaxing stay. The hospitality was beyond what I could have hoped for. I'd gladly stay again.
