The apartment was lovely and spotless, with air conditioning in every room. It’s close to a fantastic beach, reached over a little dune, and just a short distance from bars and restaurants in the town center. The sunsets were unforgettable, and our hosts were wonderful. Thank you, Andrea and Elena!

We had a great stay in the apartment and left with lifelong family memories. Andrea and Elena were excellent hosts. We’re grateful for their help and support, and for the guidance they shared with us.

We stayed at Gianni's House for just under a week, and it was an ideal base. Aplo Bar and the beach kitesurfing school are very close, and you can walk all around Mastihari from the apartment. It was modern, very clean, and had everything we needed, including air conditioning in every room. The hosts were welcoming and quick to respond, and made our early arrival and late departure much easier than we could have hoped. I’d definitely recommend it in Kos, and might well stay again myself.

Our family of four found the apartment modern, clean, and a good size, with nothing to fault. It’s a real gem just steps from the beach in Mastichari. Andrea was a wonderful host, helpful before and during our stay, and even gave us a lovely gift when we checked out. We’d definitely recommend the place and hope to return. Thank you! :-)

We loved our stay at Gianni’s House in Mastichari. The apartment was so comfortable, and Andrea and Elena were incredibly welcoming. The sea views and sounds made our short visit feel complete. It’s about five minutes to the beach and ten to the center. The apartment is modern, decorated with a sea theme, and had everything we could want, plus more. We were charmed by the Greek authenticity of Mastichari and will definitely come back soon. Thank you, Elena & Andrea! 🌞
