Eva, the manager, was fantastic, warm, accommodating, and keen to help. She even arranged a catamaran trip that became one of the highlights of our visit. Armeni Luxury Villas has a calm, elegant, luxurious feel without being pretentious, and it's easy to relax there. The location is hard to beat, right beside the iconic three blue domes, with postcard views from the balcony and lovely caldera light. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, with authentic Santorini cave charm. There were a few niggles: you have to hold the shower head, the bath plug didn't work properly, the minibar wasn't fully stocked, and the TV had no channels. An HDMI cable would help guests who like to watch something at night, though honestly, with that view, who needs TV? It's a beautiful villa stay with wonderful service and character. Those small quirks stop it being perfect, but it's still one of the best luxury stays in Oia. I'd give it 4/5, realistically 4.5, and highly recommend it.

Eva was the best, welcoming and kind, always available with thoughtful suggestions. We had great help getting our luggage from the taxi to the room, too. The porter was a lifesaver, though I wish I remembered his name. The cleaning staff kept the place spotless, and their care really showed. Our room was perfect: lovely layout, great view, private hot tub, and a balcony that felt luxurious. Having breakfast in the room with that view was just what we needed, especially since Santorini was our last stop. We only wish we could've stayed longer at Armeni Luxury Villas. It's special, and we can't wait to come back!

The view was exquisite, and the personal attention was prompt and wonderful whenever we needed anything. Daily arrangements and breakfast on the patio made the stay extra lovely. A porter met us at the drop-off and carried all our bags down the stairs, then back up at the end. Every detail was handled with care. If stairs are difficult for you, Oia itself may be a challenge, though it's full of wonderful things to see and enjoy.

Eva made the trip for us. She can arrange taxis, restaurants, tours, activities, whatever you need. The breakfast was the best we had in Greece, and this was the most incredible place I've ever stayed.
