Everything was spotless and perfectly organized, like Switzerland, and breakfast at the restaurant next door was an absolute 10/10. The hotel sits right in the heart of the city center, which made it convenient as well as charming. Every staff member went out of their way, from the warm welcome to all the thoughtful details. We enjoyed the delicious complimentary wine on our terrace as the sunset colors spread across the sky. It was an unforgettable moment. The hotel’s view was stunning, the best on the island in my opinion, and I often didn’t want to leave because simply being there was such a lovely experience. Breakfast was another highlight. It was served at a nearby restaurant, where you could order almost anything from the menu. I was genuinely impressed by the quality and variety. I’d absolutely recommend staying here if you visit Santorini.

The service from Mario, Lao, and Greg was the very best, and the rooms were beautifully simple, extremely clean, and the accommodations fabulous. The view is amazing, and you don’t get it everywhere. Stay above the blue domes as a guest instead of sneaking past the privacy signs just to take a picture.

The staff made us feel taken care of while still giving us a secluded Santorini hideaway. Greg deserves a special mention. We could message him with any question, for advice, or to arrange a ride, and he’d respond quickly with everything sorted. The whole team was incredibly helpful and kind, almost like personal assistants and local guides. Our suite had a classic white cave look, was clean and well organized, and included a private hot tub. All eight suites could use the cave pool, but we only saw one other couple there and often had it to ourselves. The pool view was like a dream. We went up in the evening with wine and cheese to watch the sunset colors cover the sky. You can’t see the sun set directly from the caldera and blue dome side, but the colors are still beautiful. This was one of the highlights of our honeymoon. The views and service blew us away from arrival. Oia Spirit Boutique Residences is right in the heart of Oia, but feels private and peaceful, with stunning caldera and blue dome views. People queue for hours to see or photograph what you can enjoy from your private room. We felt a little bad using our private gate and squeezing past them, but this was the best way to get the Santorini views in peace. After arriving, we knew we wouldn’t want to experience the island any other way. The cost was so worth it. It was exactly the intimate, romantic, once-in-a-lifetime trip we’d hoped for. We’re already dreaming of coming back, perhaps for our 5 or 10 year anniversary.
