Siete Mares Luxury Suites

Avoid this place if you don't want your holiday spoiled. The manager entered our private pool area from the backyard without notice or permission, which felt like a violation of privacy. There was construction noise from the neighboring property every day, starting at 7 a.m., and it seriously disrupted our stay. As far as I know, that kind of work isn't allowed during peak tourist season. I told management, but the work continued. On arrival, basic things like the shower and hangers were broken and only got fixed after we insisted. That doesn't match a property advertised as “luxury.” The manager was rude and unhelpful, and couldn't communicate effectively in English, so resolving issues was impossible. The included breakfast was far below what I'd expect from this kind of listing, with only one type of eggs offered, for example. Booking.com won't do anything about it. P.S. Property, don't bother replying to this review. It isn't helpful.

The real highlight was having the private pool and sea view to ourselves. We could swim, relax, or watch the sunset without interruptions, and the suite felt quiet and secluded even though staff were available when needed. It was spacious and beautifully designed. Service was excellent from check-in, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Ricardo was always there with a smile, helped us find great places and restaurants around Santorini, and arranged transportation. Thanks again to him for making the stay so special. If you want privacy, great service, and your own pool with stunning views, this deluxe suite is a dream.

The room was clean, and the view was great. It's a short taxi ride to Fira, but nothing is within walking distance, so you'll need transport to get around. The taxi service they arranged for us was among the best, very friendly and safe. The bathroom drain wasn't great, though it wasn't the worst either.

The peaceful atmosphere and stunning views made this a perfect place to unwind. It's on quite a large hill, but taxis are reasonably priced for anyone with mobility concerns. The rooms are stylish, the pool is beautiful, and breakfast was delicious. What stood out most was the care from the friendly, attentive staff, who clearly put guest satisfaction first. I've traveled regularly and haven't experienced hospitality like this before. If I come back to Santorini, Siete Mares Luxury Suites will be my only choice. Everyone here seems devoted to making the stay memorable. Highly recommended.
