Being near the Santa Catalina Arch made it handy for photos, and the hotel's central location in Antigua Guatemala was about the only good part of our stay. Our room was dirty, and there was even a cockroach in the shower. With no air conditioning, we had to leave the windows open and bugs came in. The staff weren't very friendly, and we were told to be back by 10:30 p.m. or they'd close the door on us. We were also promised hot water, but there wasn't any in our room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The price was very favorable, the breakfast was generous, and the customer service was especially good. It's a convenient hotel for a stay in antigua guatemala, and I recommend it. Don't miss the terrace, it has the best view of Antigua Guatemala and feels like a secret spot.

The towels and sheets smelled freshly laundered, and the front desk has security measures. There's no central air, but you can get fans at the desk to move the cool air from outside, which made sleeping very comfortable. It's centrally located too.

The terrace has a nice view over the city and volcanos. My room was quiet, though its windows faced the hallway. The rooms are simple and clean, close to the central square, and the staff were very friendly. I had a nice hot shower each day. Breakfast was OK, with an omelet, toast, and fresh fruits.

We stayed 2 nights, moving between two different rooms and visits. The staff were nice and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice, though the choices were limited. The gym was below basic. There's a beautiful rooftop with panoramic views of the volcanoes around Antigua, where you can have a snack, fly your drone, or even dry your clothes. It's close to the center and Arco de Santa Catalina.
