For the same price, you can definitely find something better. There’s no internet or hot water, and the receptionist guy isn’t very polite. There are lizards in the rooms. Aside from that, the service is pretty standard.

HORRIBLE. They refused to give me the complaint book. I arrived at 2 AM and had told them I needed parking. They said that was fine, but then made me leave my car on the street, right on the avenue, with nobody watching it. The room had bedbugs. I realized the next day when I woke up covered in bites. I tried to pay by bank transfer, but they wanted to charge me Q5.00 for it. Paying by card also came with a surcharge, even though there’s a law prohibiting card surcharges, which they completely ignored. They were supposed to have hot water, but there wasn’t any. THE WATER WAS LICENTLY DIRTY. The ceiling fan was very loud, and the air conditioner didn’t cool, it was just a decorated fan. The toilet didn’t even have any kind of lock.
