Regal Hongkong Hotel

Getting around from Regal Hongkong Hotel is easy: the MTR, tram, and taxis are close, and Times Square, Sogo, and Victoria Park are all walkable. You step straight into the shops, cafés, and transport in the middle of Causeway Bay. The hotel itself has an older luxury look, with marble floors and big chandeliers. Rooms are spacious by Hong Kong standards, with large windows, decent beds, room to open luggage, and bathrooms bigger than you usually find in the city. Service is friendly and straightforward, and staff are used to international guests, so check-in is smooth and help is easy to ask for. There’s a rooftop pool, a gym, and several restaurants, including a popular Chinese spot locals visit for dim sum. It’s a reliable, comfortable, practical choice if you want to stay near the action.

The room was bright, spotless, and well equipped, with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was clean, the amenities were high quality, and everything seemed thoughtfully looked after. Staff at the front desk were welcoming from the moment I arrived; check-in was quick and easy, and they shared useful tips about nearby attractions and places to eat. The stay exceeded my expectations, with excellent service, a comfortable setting, and attention to detail. I’ll recommend it to friends and hope to return!

Breakfast was very good value, and the service there was great. The hotel is really convenient for everything around Causeway Bay, in my opinion. It’s an older place, with lovely marble floors, decor, and a beautiful ground floor area. Check-in took a while and was a bit drawn out in a cramped recess. Our room had old-fashioned charm, though the bathroom felt a little tired; our friends had a more modern room.

I spent 22 days on the Club Floor at Regal Hongkong Hotel and found it a very pleasant, comfortable stay. There was a drainage problem in my first room, but the team dealt with it promptly and arranged a move. Simon stood out during the long stay. I saw him each morning at breakfast and sometimes at the front office; he was consistently professional, sincere, and attentive. The two women at the Club Lounge were also caring and attentive, making it feel warm and well looked after. Thanks to the team for the hospitality. I’d happily stay again.
