Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott hotel

The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast offered a good range of food. The fitness center was well equipped, with new machines for cardio and weights. Staff were very friendly from the start, greeting us at our taxi and helping with our bags. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The hotel is close to both the airport and Citygate shopping center, with shuttle buses to each, which makes getting around easy for tourists. I'll stay here again next time.

Our flight was delayed, so we stayed here and were pleasantly impressed. Staff met us at the taxi and took all our luggage, and check-in was easy because they spoke excellent English. With gold status, we were upgraded to a nicer room with an ocean view. The room was very clean and spacious. There's a shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport or back into the city, and the pool and gym were impressive. The changing rooms also have a sauna and hot tub.

There was a bit of a wait for the shuttle, but the ride was comfortable and quick. The bus bays are 9-15, while 16-19 are for air crew. The hotel was clean and orderly, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. My room was nice and clean, which is what matters most to me, and cans of water were included with the booking.

The staff were genuinely lovely and seemed happy to be there. On checkout day I forgot breakfast didn't start until 06:30, but they were kind about it, offered tea or coffee, and checked whether I had more time before my flight. The airport bus runs every 30 minutes, and it's easy to get into the city, with Asia Expo Express train station just a five-minute walk away. The room was modern, with a marble bathroom. There were lots of TV options, including two movie channels, Nickelodeon for kids, and English-language news.
