The in-room kitchen, washer, dryer and full-size fridge with freezer made our stay especially convenient, almost like being at home. Our Grand Harbour One room was comfortable, with a spotless, beautifully designed bathroom and a wonderful Hong Kong Harbour view you could even enjoy from the tub. The hotel feels stylish and luxurious while still being comfortable, and its location made shops and transport easy to reach. Even during Typhoon No. 10, the food court and Market Place remained open. Anthony, the shuttle driver, was kind and patient when we stopped briefly at the Apple Store, then made sure we got back safely. Christy and Manager Henry were especially welcoming and went out of their way to look after us. The bed was comfortable too. We left feeling that the service, amenities and views had exceeded our expectations, and would happily recommend the hotel.

The staff really made our stay. Matthew helped make check-in easy and accommodating, even though we arrived early and weren't expecting the room to be ready. Housekeeping did a great job, and everyone we encountered was helpful. The room was in excellent condition, with particularly good water pressure in the shower. The location isn't close to local restaurants, and there's no bar in the hotel, but we were very happy with the service and would recommend staying here. ☺️

We were put on the 8th floor at check-in, even though I had requested a room above the 11th floor for a better harbor view. That request had been confirmed twice before I finished the reservation, and the hotel gave no acceptable explanation or made any effort to fix it. I booked in October for myself and friends, for December 30 to January 2. For a hotel claiming a 5-star experience, this fell short of basic attentive service and respecting a confirmed request. What was promised before booking and what we got were far apart. Very disappointing.

The mix of comfort, practical details, materials and art is what made this hotel stand out for us. The architecture and design were excellent, and the service was just as good. We spent a week here in September and wanted for nothing. We'll definitely come back.

I paid quite a bit for a premium room, but the view, space and smart layout made it worth it. Loved all the little details the hotel had put into it. I'd like to come back!
