The setting is hard to beat: Victoria Harbour, K11 Mall and TST MTR station are all just a short walk away. I also enjoyed the 5-6pm social hour, with complimentary wine or mocktails and canapés, a thoughtful extra that's often limited to club-floor guests elsewhere. Breakfast had a good mix of regular choices and local favourites like egg tarts, egg waffles and dim sum. The staff were friendly and professional, and their English was decent. I was upgraded from an Essential room to one with sunset views. The full-length windows brought in lots of light, and the scenery was stunning. The stylish design and pool felt like something out of a Wes Anderson film. My room also had a freestanding bathtub, reusable bottles and local minibar snacks. The bathroom products from Non Friction, a well-known Korean brand, were great. A fantastic stay, and I can't wait to return to my new favourite hotel in HK.

Everything felt brand new, and the location made getting around easy: the MTR is right outside, with K11 Musea and a 7/11 within walking distance. My standard room had a beautiful Victoria Harbour view. I imagine the other rooms probably do too, though I can't say for sure. The room was a good size, and breakfast was good as well. Check-in took a little longer than I expected. The bathroom wasn't clearly separated from the rest of the room, and at times I could hear guests next door using the bathtub or hairdryer. Even so, I had a great stay and would recommend it.

The pool was my favorite part, with that iconic skyline right there while you swim. The harbour views were breathtaking, some of the most beautiful I've seen in Hong Kong, and the interior was finished with real care, from the furniture to the decor. They even had my favorite brand of body lotion, which was a lovely touch. The pool and fitness staff were especially warm and attentive. Thanks for making the stay so memorable. I'd love to come back.
