Hello, I'm a tourist from the Philippines. We had a reservation for October 3-6, 2020, but our Cebu Pacific flight was cancelled because of the Covid-19 pandemic, so I cancelled the hotel booking too. It was already marked non-refundable, even though the booking said “free cancellation,” which is why I chose your hotel. Why isn't it refundable? No one could have expected this pandemic, and with our flight cancelled, how could we travel? I hope management will consider requests like this for the sake of future customers and good feedback. The location was great, near MTR Tsim TSa Tsui and the shuttle bus. We stayed five nights, and staff were helpful and spoke English very well, though when we met them they smiled but didn't seem sincere. When we arrived around 3/2am, the place felt creepy. There was a lift, but it didn't serve our hotel, so with our big luggage we had to go up to the 4th floor first, then down to the 3rd. No staff were there, only a phone by the door. We called, and someone came to check us in manually. We'd made a booking mistake, so we had to return the next day to check in or pay HKD480 for one night. The staff were very helpful and offered us an early check-in, suggesting we wait at McDonalds for a while. Towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned, too. We'd book again soon.

It's a small space, but really clean, tidy and comfortable. Close to a convenience store, MTR and bus stop, and super near Avenue Star!
