Panda Hotel

The rooms were much larger than the average hotel room in HK, and staff were always around in the lobby to help. We had a great stay. The ground-floor mall has an Aeon grocery and department store, plus shops including adidas and New Balance outlet shops. There are also plenty of restaurants, along with KFC, Pizzahut, Starbucks, and 7/11. For transport, a walkway connects to the MTR, and there’s a bus stop right in front on the 7/11 side. You can catch the A31 bus there to HZMB if you’re going to Macau.

The hotel was clean and pleasant, and the staff were accommodating. They’ll even hold your bags after checkout if you want to look around. I also met Nelson in the lobby while waiting for my companions. I was alone, and he took me to a restaurant inside the hotel and gave me a drink for free. He was really kind and his English was very good. Thanks, Nelson, for making the stay better. Hope you keep enjoying your job. Highly recommended.

My family had a great stay at Panda Hotel last Feb. 7-11. It’s easy to get around from there, and the amenities were very clean. I liked that they replace the towels every two days. The staff were accommodating and spoke English very well, which made things easier. Thank you, until next time!

The service was good, and we could leave our luggage with the concierge free of charge at check-in and check-out. There are lots of shops close by within walking distance. The rooms were cozy and nice, and they replaced our towels and left fresh dental care items every two days. The location was okay, though far from Central. There’s a free shuttle at set times, which is useful, and you can find the schedule at the concierge desk. A nice experience at Panda Hotel, thank you.
