Getting around was easy, with convenient access to the city center and main roads. But my room on the 22nd floor felt humid, and the carpet was dusty. The bed and bedding both felt damp. I hope the hotel improves the room condition.

The hotel is clean and non-smoking throughout. My toilet bowl was clogged, but it was fixed quickly while I was out. When I returned that evening, it had been cleared.

I stayed 3days and overtime, and every time I asked for a service they said no. I never heard a single yes from them. The hotel is pathetic and the staff are third class. There's no common washroom in the lobby, and even after I asked twice, they still didn't change the linen.

The location was the only good thing. Everything else was terrible. The room was old and smelled awful, and after the typhoon it didn't seem clean. There was noise all the time. A terrible experience.

My family had a great stay, and the staff were friendly. My mom accidentally left her handbag in the toilet with her cash, passport, and documents inside. The staff handled it responsibly, ethically, and very professionally. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely come back.
