We enjoyed taking a quiet evening stroll at the stadium, with its great view. The hotel is a bit far from the CEC, but the shuttle runs both ways, which could be useful if you’re going to the stadium. The hotel is brand new, and our room was clean, neat, and had a modern touch. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Breakfast had a great range of tasty choices, and the concierge team shared local tips that made exploring more enjoyable. There’s shopping and plenty to do nearby, plus a shuttle every 30 minutes that made getting around easy. Our room was spacious for two, with a fantastic view of the newly built Stadium and thoughtful amenities. The reception staff were warm, friendly, and professional, and check-in was quick and easy. From arrival through departure, the service at Dorsett Kai Tak was seamless. A memorable stay, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a base for exploring Hong Kong.

A lovely surprise was being upgraded to a larger room with an elegant design and all the details we could have hoped for. It was comfortable and made the stay feel unforgettable. Every interaction felt warm and seamless. We felt valued throughout our visit, and the whole team went above and beyond. We can’t wait to come back and have this experience again!

The breakfast had a good mix of Western and Asian options. We also heard the hotel welcomes pets, with an outdoor dining area beside the restaurant for people with dogs. The shower had great water pressure, and the beds suited us. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The lobby water station was handy for keeping hydrated, and the shuttle to Airside (Kai Tak MTR station) made getting around very convenient. It leaves every 30 minutes. Check-in went smoothly, and the reception team, along with the other staff we met, were nice and professional. My family and I had a refreshing, enjoyable stay. We’ll return and recommend it to friends.

The food here is quite expensive, but the rooftop bar, Jin Bo Law, was the best part of the hotel for me. The drinks are outstanding, and Damon makes really iconic cocktails. Wycei, the assistant manger, was great at looking after us and seemed to know what I wanted before I asked. Ivan also knows the drinks menu well. A lot of bars in Hong kong don’t explain or introduce their drinks, but they did a great job here. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, come up and take a look. I promise you’ll have a good time.
