Modern Hotel

Sam waited for me until I arrived safely after I messaged that my flight was late, which was amazing. The cleaner was very friendly and did a wonderful job every day. You get a basic mansion-style room with what you need: a bed, bathroom, television, and fridge. It’s cheap and unpretentious, just how I like it, and Tsim Sha Tsui is a great location with lots of restaurants and transit nearby, including Nathan Road subway line. There are many hotels on each floor, so finding it can be tricky, especially with unreliable elevators.

I booked for my parents and brother for their seven-day HK trip, and they loved their stay. Their room was well kept and cleaned every day. The staff were helpful and friendly, and coffee and hot water were available free at the front desk. The location worked really well, with the night market and Avenue of Stars close by, plus lots to see and plenty of food options. I’d highly recommend it.

The location is ideal, close to the night market and Avenue of Stars, with lots to see and plenty of food nearby.

We stayed eight nights and found it ideal. The rooms are compact, but comfortable and quiet, and everything worked. Housekeeping and cleanliness really stood out, and the staff were thoughtful and helpful. There’s reception coverage 24 hours a day. Tsim Sha Tsui is an excellent location, close to stations and the ferry terminal. Highly recommend.
