The room was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, with a large bed that gave us a good rest after long workdays. For business travelers like us, The Royal Garden Hotel Hong Kong was an excellent stay. Breakfast was a real highlight: a wide mix of Western and Asian choices, all fresh and well prepared. The coffee was truly superb, especially appreciated by anyone who cares about good coffee, and a strong breakfast makes a difference to a productive day. The location also made things easy, near tourist attractions, metro stations, and tunnels for both work and leisure. Highly recommended for comfort, quality, and excellent service.

The room was roomy, clean, and nicely set up, and the pool and fitness center were in great shape. Getting around was easy too, with shops, places to eat, and transport nearby. The staff were warm and attentive from the minute I arrived. I had a wonderful stay at The Royal Garden Hotel and would happily return.

I used to really like this hotel because it had everything, and the nightly rate was fairly decent. But I caught a manager and a cleaner going into my room even though I had put up the DO NOT ENTER sign. I don't know why they went in. I keep the room clean and don't need towels, sheets, or anything else changed. Now I'm questioning how safe and secure the place is. I'll check all my belongings to make sure nothing is missing. If you have to stay here, protect your valuables. Otherwise, I'd avoid booking.

We had a birthday buffet there, and both the food and service were pretty nice. It's a good choice for a birthday gathering at the royal. I was surprised, though, that a starred hotel has no parking or front desk service on the ground floor.

The breakfast and dinner buffets had plenty of tasty choices, and dinner was especially worth trying. It was my first trip to Hong Kong, and Ray Chung made both booking and the stay easy with great communication throughout. The Royal Garden staff were lovely too. I'd recommend the hotel and come back on my next trip.
