iclub To Kwa Wan Hotel

The gym is pretty bare bones, with a treadmill and very few weights, and it seems odd that it's outdoors. Still, iClub hotels are good value. The place was clean, the towels were good, the staff helpful, and there was free coffee and a bun in the breakfast area in the morning. I also liked having an HDMI socket at the desk. After a shower, water gets onto the floor because the glass door doesn't close properly. There isn't much socket space away from the desk either. I'd recommend it, and I'd stay at another iClub branch.

The price was high, and the room felt like a total scam. The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together. Don't trust the booking photos. In person the room was disgusting, with lots of insects on the bedsheet that made my whole body itch. It smelled toxic and had strange stains. There wasn't even a toothbrush, and the badly designed curtains let in morning light so I couldn't sleep. Worst hotel ever.

At the end of my trip I left my wallet in the room, and the reception desk was really helpful and quick to send me the most important documents. I booked 3 nights at iclub To Kwa Wan Hotel, and found it clean with a really comfortable bed. We'd looked at several hotels, and this one seemed the best value for money. It's on a very nice, quiet street near the metro line, just 3 stations from the center. I strongly recommend it. Thanks very much again. Thomas

The room was standard, clean, and overall okay. There’s a free water refill station on every floor, which is very convenient. The location is good too, close to the bus stop where A22 goes directly to the airport, as well as the metro line.
