Zafarbhai is always in the lobby ready to help, and the manager has been very generous. We’ve been given kind extras like room upgrades, complimentary fruit, and service around the clock. I’ve stayed at Marco polo for the past two years, visiting Hong Kong for the exhibitions held each March and September since Covid. I’m very grateful for the lovely service, and our stays have been amazing. I highly recommend booking here for a great stay.

The Deluxe Harbour view room had the best view, with Harbour city and all of Kowloon in sight. You can watch Symphony of lights right from the balcony. Breakfast was good and the location is spot on. I took off a star because the hotel hasn’t been updated, and the old style faucets don’t make you want to stay long.

The interiors were clean, the staff professional, and the city views decent. The rooms and overall atmosphere felt a little dull to me, and could use brighter colors. It's in a great spot near TST station, although getting picked up by car outside the hotel is inconvenient. I had a good time during my stay in Hong Kong.

The suite upgrade to a Deluxe Suite was an easy yes as soon as we saw it. We were GHA Discovery Members, and the room was spacious enough for family guests, with panoramic views of Victoria Harbour. The Continental Club staff spoiled us with lovely breakfasts and coffee every day, and the lobby team helped my wife and daughter with the bags from the carpark at the back. Everyone was lovely. Marco Polo Hotel Hong Kong is in a central spot, just moments from Harbour Plaza mall and Star Ferry. The rooms were clean, practical, and spacious, though they do show their age. One lamp had a flickering bulb, and the lobby layout seemed poor, as others have mentioned. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back.

Langga, our cleaner, made the room feel like home and gave us wonderful service throughout the stay. Angela Chong helped with check-in and check-out and arranged our van ride to the airport. It all went smoothly and without hassle. The lounge staff were generally attentive too, though service slipped a bit during one crowded afternoon tea, and one staff member looked a little unkempt. This wasn't my first visit to Marco Polo Hong Kong, but my first time in their Continental Harbour View Room (1755). We were three family members sharing one room, and the panoramic harbour view was a real highlight. The room is showing its age and needs renovation and modernization. The location is unbeatable for shopping and eating around Harbour City and Ocean Terminal, and in my opinion it's Hong Kong's best place to stay. I hope the rooms get updated soon to match the service and location.
