Ivan and his wife were friendly and helpful throughout our lovely stay. The room was basic, with a private bathroom where the toilet seat was a bit loose, plus a balcony with a little sea view and a table and chairs. There’s a shared fridge on G/F, and Ivan kindly let us use their washing machine. It’s only a 2min walk from the bus stop, though the bus ride to Split city centre takes 30min. Beaches, a bakery, stores, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Thank you!

Ivan was SUPER nice and gave us local tips that helped so much. The rooms were really clean and nice, and three incredible beaches are just 10 min away on foot. Perfect place, and I’m definitely coming back!

The rooms are simple but very clean, and the host was kind and helpful. Restaurants and markets are right nearby, and the beach is a 3 min walk away. The bus stop for getting to the centre of Split is right next door too. There’s a big shared fridge for your stuff.

This was the worst accommodation of our 2 weeks in Croatia. The room smelled of smoke, and the bedsheets had a lot of dirty spots. There was no small fridge. I gave it 2 stars rather than 1 because the owner said there were no other rooms available and offered to refund us if we wanted to find somewhere else to sleep.

The staff were friendly and made us feel at home. It’s a nice location for a relaxed beach trip away from the tourists and crowds.
