The beds and bathrooms were comfortable, and the rooms had enough space. It’s in a great spot, about 20 minutes from the children’s train to Szalajka-völgy. A nice guest house, though breakfast was disappointing in quantity. The food itself was good, but it felt like they were trying to cut back.

For the price, this place is a great deal. There are several apartments in one building, plus a separate house next door. The apartments were clean and comfortable, with Wi-Fi, a TV, a hairdryer and the other basics. You can park in the yard and use the fire pit, with chopped wood provided. A small grocery store is across the street, and there’s bistro food about 100 meters away. The Szalajka train terminal is 500 meters away, and local restaurants are an easy 10-15 minute walk, even with small children.

The kids had a nice yard to play in, and Szalajka-völgy is within walking distance. A nice house in a great location.

A good place to stay, though the style feels a little old-fashioned.
