For the price, this was a very good stay. The rooms are small but clean and serviced daily, and the hotel is very close to Kuta beach and just minutes from the airport. Breakfast is okay, but it isn’t a big meal, and there are no second helpings or all-you-can-eat options. If you’re a big breakfast eater, keep that in mind. There isn’t much to watch on TV, though who comes to Bali for television? The main headache was finding the entrance to Airy Hotel. The owners really need a bigger sign. Visitors unfamiliar with the area might miss it, especially at night, since the only sign faces away from traffic. Missing the entrance can mean a costly cab ride, as it takes at least 20 minutes to circle around. One more thing for future travelers: if you’ve prepaid breakfast, management should tell the kitchen. I was nearly charged the daily breakfast fee despite having paid in advance. I didn’t eat breakfast there every day, but the bill showed it for my entire stay.

The location was good, the rooms were clean, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Staff were very friendly, and there was a pretty pool and a nice choice of breakfasts. Airport transfers are available, though I didn’t use one when I arrived. My partner planned to take the shuttle, but traffic delayed it so much that he booked a GrabApp instead.

For a budget stay, this place is very good: clean, quiet, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It doesn’t look or feel very modern. The pool is great, and they rent motorbikes at a reasonable 50K per day. It costs 300K per night with breakfast. Legian street, with all its nightlife, is right in the middle of things, and I liked it even more than Kuta. Kuta beach is a 20-minute walk away. You could find better places if you’re willing to spend more on bed and breakfast. The coffee is very bad, and the internet isn’t stable, but it does the job.
