Cross Vibe Paasha Atelier Bali Kuta

The staff were so humble that we felt like a king and queen the whole time. The room was spacious and clean, and restaurants, a cab, an ATM and a mart were all close by. The hotel gets the basics right and is near the airport, too. Breakfast was free and the buffet covered a lot of cuisines, but the taste really didn't match the variety. Still, this was definitely a worthwhile stay in Bali.

The stay was a complete disaster. I booked and paid for an extra bed ahead of time, but still had to wait two hours for it. I mentioned my leg problem and was then given what seemed like the farthest room. The intercom never worked during our stay, so every time we needed something we had to walk to reception. On checkout day, September 24th 2025, the hotel phones weren't working either. The room was in really bad shape and didn't even have a dustbin. Staff were rude, including the manager at the breakfast counter. When we asked reception for a basic first aid band-aid, they just said no. There was no bellboy at checkout, so we carried all our own bags out. There's more to the list, but that's enough to say the whole experience was unacceptable. Don't trust fake reviews.

The room is generously sized and has a living room. They also leave a complimentary mini bar with noodles, chips and coffee. I love trying local food, so I was keen to try the noodles and coffee. We booked because of the private pool, though I wish it were heated. It isn't. Looking forward to breakfast, served from 6:30-10:30 am.

The staff at the hotel are all really friendly, and the rooms are very comfortable. A good choice if you're after a traditional Indian breakfast, too. The food is delicious.
