I booked through the app, but the route there was dark and difficult. I got stuck on the road and still couldn't find the place. I couldn't reach the receptionist by phone either, and it didn't feel right that I couldn't get my money refunded. 🥲

The hotel is in terrible shape and currently under renovation, with lots of things lying around like in a warehouse. The water has been off since the afternoon, so there are no facilities for bathing at all. How can they provide service without water? They should be giving priority to the state of the service.

I stayed in standard room 02, eheeehe, and everything was fine. The room was clean, the AC cool, the blankets and mattress comfortable, and I got mineral water. The bathroom was clean, with a tub, dipper, and a hot and cold shower, though the water flow wasn't strong enough for me. It was still okay for bathing. There are two en suite bathrooms, one with the toilet and one with the shower. Liquid soap, shampoo, and clean towels were provided, with enough towels for the guests. I'd recommend bringing your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The restaurant serves breakfast, and the Garang Asem Ribs and Stir-fried Chinese Cabbage (Cooked Chinese Cabbage) were delicious. Service was quick. At night you can order instant noodles and chilli coffee. There's also a swimming pool, secure and spacious parking, a good prayer room, and a souvenir market. It's 30 minutes from Mount Kelud. Hi owner, I hope your business keeps growing and selling well. Come on, let's get busy! I recommend this place. 🥰❤️

Comfortable, very clean, and smells good. The hot water was good too, just right for the mountain air.
