Modern 2Br Apartment At Galeri Ciumbuleuit 2 Near Unpar

The apartment smelled strongly unpleasant throughout, and it was in very poor condition. I had to leave. I messaged the owner several times about the problem and got no reply. This is a privately owned apartment, not a hotel. Based on what I experienced, it was among the worst places I've stayed, and I don't think it should be listed on Booking.com or Agoda. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I booked two days and regretted it. We got room 933 in tower 1, and saw apparitions the first night. The place felt scary. It was also so hard to find that we got confused and waited at Indomaret until check-in time. The TV remote had no batteries, even though I'd asked for some to be brought to the room. The sofa was worn out, its foam gone, and the cover looked dirty. The towels were too worn to use. The water looked a bit yellow and unclear, so I bought Aqua water to bathe.

The first room they gave us was on the 30th floor and wasn't the one I'd booked. After I complained, they moved my family to the booked room, but that one was on the 9th floor at the far end of the hall, away from the elevator. I ended up moving us to another hotel. The room didn't match the Agoda listing. It smelled of cigarettes despite being listed as non-smoking, and had one double bed and two sofa beds instead of two double beds and one sofa bed. There was no Wi-Fi, though the listing said it was included. Getting checked in was complicated too, since they provided only an email and no clear contact number. A really bad experience. Families should find somewhere else.

The AC was broken and so loud I couldn't sleep, so I left in the middle of the night. The mattresses were unusable, the towels were ripped to shreds, and there was nowhere to hang clothes. This dump badly needs renovation. Absolutely not recommended.
