Seminyak Loft Villa by Betterplace

We left despite having paid for 10 more nights. By then, we didn’t feel safe, comfortable, or cared for, and the poor communication and lack of transparency had made the stay stressful and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend Life360. We’d booked a specific villa through Booking.com, but on arrival they said there was a pool problem in that room and put us in a different, larger one. It looked like an upgrade, but it hadn’t been properly cleaned. This was basic cleaning, not ordinary wear and tear. Two days later we asked to move into the room we’d booked and paid for. First we were told it might take up to five days. We explained we couldn’t change our travel plans around a problem that wasn’t ours and asked them to find a solution. They eventually said the room would be ready the next day, and we moved in. That night, a storm hit and everything in our room stopped working: electricity, running water, and AC. The humidity and mosquitoes quickly made it unbearable, and sleeping with the windows open didn’t feel safe. The manager blamed the storm, but when we walked around, other rooms still had power and water. We asked to move again, then communication stopped. When we returned at 6 PM the next day after being out all day, there was still no power or water. We saw the same type of room listed as available online. We even bought an Indonesian SIM card to call, but were told there were no rooms. When we mentioned the online listing, they didn’t answer.

We felt at home in this large hotel and were very well looked after. Every part of it had a warm, elegant look, and we left with a memorable stay. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and the hotel was closer to the intenational airport. We had access to the executive club and all its amenities, which added to the visit. Our second-floor room seemed newly renovated, was spacious and beautifully decorated, blending traditional style with a contemporary twist. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had all the extras we might need. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed. Staff at every level were professional, friendly, and helpful. Housekeeping came almost every day, and the team were friendly. The rooms are fully furnished and feel luxurious, with 24-hour security too. The location is great for reaching restaurants, clubs, shops, and beaches, and it’s near the Airport. Thanks, Seminyak Loft 360. Definitely recommended.

The price was very reasonable, and the service was friendly. The location is spot on, with restaurants, clubs, Beach clubs, and shops all within reach. Highly recommended.
