The apartments are clean, tidy, and well equipped, with things like shower gel, a dental kit, and garbage plastics included. Laundry is available too, and housekeeping will do their best to help. I’d recommend these service apartments, especially for local tourists spending a week on holiday. As for security, just ignore their behavior. They’re only doing the duties they need to do, nothing less and nothing more.

We rented an apartment here for one night through Airbnb and were quite pleased. It was clean and comfortable, with nice views. Grabs came to the front door very quickly. Nagoya Food Court is a three-minute walk away and has great local food, and there are plenty of street markets within walking distance too. There’s a pool and gym, though we didn’t use them.

The apartment is well maintained and the surroundings feel safe and secure. It’s also in a great spot, making it easy to get in and out of the city.

Wouldn’t recommend it. The water heater and pressure are awful, and they don’t provide enough basic toiletries.
