I was disappointed by the strong cigarette smell in the room I booked as non-smoking. The facilities were satisfactory, the staff friendly, and the location convenient, but the smoke odor made the stay uncomfortable and affected my health because I have mild sinus and allergy issues. I chose a non-smoking room specifically for health and comfort, and sleeping with that lingering smell was very unpleasant. The odor seemed to be on the curtains, furniture, and air conditioning unit, which made me wonder whether the room had been thoroughly cleaned after the previous guest, who may have smoked inside. It also raises questions about how well the non-smoking policy is monitored and enforced. I hope the hotel takes firmer steps, such as stricter penalties for guests who smoke, clearer warning notices in the rooms, and regular maintenance inspections to make sure rooms are smoke-free before new guests arrive. I hope this doesn’t happen again and that management takes the concern seriously to protect its reputation and keep guests satisfied. Tighter monitoring and a few improvements could make stays cleaner and more comfortable for everyone. Thanks for reading, and I hope this feedback helps with future improvements.

The TV didn’t work, and the room was so small that my roommate had to book another one, even though I thought it would fit three people. We asked about an extra bed, but they wanted to charge a lot. The website made nearby attractions look close, but they were all far away, so we needed to book a Grab. There’s nothing within walking distance. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The room was unpleasant for the 22 SGD I paid. The sheets and room felt really unhygienic, there was mold on the wall, and the floor was sticky and dirty. The internet connection was terrible too, disconnecting three to four times a day. At this price, you should choose another hotel. This is my honest review.

The traditional breakfast buffet was super delicious and a new experience for me. The hotel staff were very friendly and always had a nice smile, which made it feel like home.

The kettle and water in the room were a nice touch, and the staff were pleasant, but the place itself wasn't clean. They fixed my aircon when I asked, though the remote had no batteries, so I couldn't get cool air in the middle of the night. Breakfast was Indonesian food only. I asked for fruit since I don't eat that kind of breakfast, but it never arrived. I was charged 800000 IDR on December 30, which didn't feel worth the price.
